AFTER you decide on the home you wish to pursue. In order to perform these
services the Buyer must enter into an exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement. Not only
is this required by the state of Connecticut, it also assures the Buyer that his
or her needs are top priority with his/her real estate professional. This puts
the Buyer in a client relationship and affords him/her all the privileges of
such a relationship.
